At 11:23 a.m. a call came in of a male shot in a tent, area of S 74th St & Tacoma Mall Blvd. Officers located the victim & a dog that had also been shot. Life-saving measures were immediately started, but the 26-yr-old male was declared deceased on scene. Investigation ongoing
