Neighbor just sent me this video showing CHOP protestors using a truck to haul concrete barriers away from the front of the East Precinct where SDOT originally put them. They're blocking Pine Street

Witness at 12th and Olive says he saw a black minivan blazing up Olive then do a u-turn. He heard about 10 shots fire from that vehicle. Harborview confirms one person arrived with a gunshot wound a private vehicle.
