Officials upgraded the response to a 2-alarm fire a few minutes later and said the second floor is at risk of collapse.

Woman found dead in Washougal home, ruled a homicide. 71-year-old Sandra Ladd. The medical examiner determined Ladd died of stab wounds to the torso.

Neighbor just sent me this video showing CHOP protestors using a truck to haul concrete barriers away from the front of the East Precinct where SDOT originally put them. They're blocking Pine Street
