RENTON, Wash. - Police are searching for a suspect after a man was shot outside a Burger King in Renton Saturday night. The shooting happened in the 300 block of Sunset Blvd North around 9:45 p. m.
Police investigation for possible shooting in the 300 Blk of Sunset Blvd N will have roads closed in the area for an extended period of time.

S Dearborn St & Rainier Ave S: a second patient was treated at the scene and is in stable condition. Patient is an adult female and will be transported to Harborview as well

At 6:30 pm officers went to N 37th & Pearl St for a man with a gun having a mental health crisis. Due to the proximity to the call, sports games being held at Truman Middle School were halted & school was locked down. The male is now detained & the school grounds are back open

On 5/21/22 at 5:34 pm 5 teenagers in a car were shot at in a drive-by while stopped for a light at S 56 and Yakima Ave. 4 of the 5 were injured in the shooting. Today at 5pm officers arrested the 19-yr-old male suspect & booked him for Drive-By Shooting & 5 counts of Assault 1
