3 years agoYesterday, at 9:18 p.m. officers & TFD responded to a fire at an apartment in the 300 blk of S 9th St. TFD ruled it arson. Witnesses were able to identify the suspect. Officers located the 35-yr-old female & after taking her to a hospital for evaluation, booked her for Arson 1
