The northbound lanes reopened by 2:30 p.m., a little more than an hour after the fire was reported at Mercer Street. The southbound express lanes were back open at 3:35 p.m., but the other southbound lanes remained closed

2 year agoAnother shooting tonight in Pierce County. This one is in Tacoma. Police say a kid got shot on South Ridgewood Avenue. This is at least the third time this month a kid has been shot in Tacoma
