1 year agoWhile responding to a house fire tonight, just northeast of Deer Park, @SpokaneSheriff and fire crews found a person dead inside the home. That home is currently blocked off for investigation.
At 4:50 p.m., a 17-yr-old female walking in the 3700 blk of S Sheridan Ave was shot in the leg by suspect(s) in a car who fled the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with info call Crime Stoppers

At 4:48 pm a drive-by shooting occurred at S 64 & S Wapato St. A 19-yr-old male was shot in the leg & went to the hospital in a private vehicle. The victim is in stable condition. Officers and crime scene techs responded to the scene.
