2 motorcycles/car #collision on SR-161 at 196th St Ct E in #Graham Troopers, @wsdot_tacoma, and @GrahamFireWa at the scene. Both directions of SR-161 are fully blocked for the investigation construction
Everett police identified the officer killed today as Dan Rocha. He is survived by his wife, two sons and his large extended family
